PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you purchase something from the Site, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you visit the Site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to individual web pages or products that you view, page interaction information, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”
We also collect personally identifiable information (“PII”) (including name, email, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, and recommendations.
With your permission, we may send you emails about the Site, new products and other updates. You may unsubscribe at any time. Seaside Serenity Creations LLC will never sell your information.
WHY WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect Personal Information for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the Services;
To provide you with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
To be able to contact you with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Device Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

“Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. This will result in the deletion of any saved account information.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information provided.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
COMMUNICATION WITH SITE VISITORS
We may contact you to notify you regarding your order, to troubleshoot problems with your order, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinion through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our Terms of Service, applicable to national laws and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text message, and postal mail.
HOW WE STORE USE, SHARE AND DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides the online platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Wix stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is completed, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We use the PII that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Information to:
Communicate with you;
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Wix.com has partnered with a number of selected service providers whose services and solutions complement and enhance our own. These include hosting and server co-location services, communications and content delivery networks (CDNs), data and cybersecurity services, billing and payment processing services, domain name registrars, fraud detection and prevention services, web analytics, e-mail distribution and monitoring services, session recording and remote access services, performance measurement and data optimization services, content providers, and our legal and financial advisors (collectively “Third-Party Services”).
Such Third-Party Services may receive or otherwise have access to our Visitors’ and Users’ Personal Information and/or Users-of-Users’ Personal Information, in its entirety or in part – depending on each of their particular roles and purposes in facilitating and enhancing our Services, and may only use it for such purposes.
Wix.com is accountable for personal data this it receives under the Privacy Shield and subsequently transfer to a third party as described in the Privacy Shield Principles. In particular, Wix.com remains responsible and liable under the Privacy Shield Principles if third-party agents that is engages to process the personal data on its behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless Wix.com proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
We share your Personal Information with third-parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
Wix.com has implemented security measures designed to protect the PII you share with us, including physical, electronic, and procedural measures. Among other things, we offer HTTPS secure access to most areas on our Services: the transmission of sensitive payment information (such as credit card number) through our designated purchase forms is protected by an industry standard SSL/TLS encrypted connection: and we regularly maintain a PCI DSS certification. We also regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks, and regularly seek new ways and Third-Party Services for further enhancing the security of our Services and protection of our Visitors’ and Users’ privacy.
Regardless of the measures and efforts taken by Wix.com, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute protection and security of your PII or any other User Content you upload, publish, or otherwise share with Wix.com or anyone else.
We encourage you to avoid providing any sensitive information to us which you believe its disclosure could cause you substantial or irreparable harm. Furthermore, because certain areas on our Service are less secure than others (for example, if you set your Support forum ticket to be “Public” instead of “Private”, or if you browse to a non-SSL page), and since email and instant messaging are not recognized as secure forms of communication, we request and encourage you no tot share any PII on any of these areas or via any of these methods.
