RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Effective Date:  July 1, 2018

 

If you would like a refund, please contact us within 5 days of receipt to discuss the issue.  Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  Returned products must be unused and returned with their associated container and/or packing materials.

 

Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt.  If there is a problem with a damaged product, please contact us at seasideserenitycreations@gmail.com.  We will replace or refund your item at our discretion.  All claims of damaged items must be made within 3 days of receipt.

 

In order to return an item, you must contact us at seasideserenitycreations@gmail.comfor a return authorization for your item before sending it to us.  Please include a copy of the purchase order and carefully package your item before returning it to us.  Failure to include a copy of your purchase order will delay the processing of your return. We encourage you to ship the package with delivery confirmation.  Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping charges to us.  All returns and/or exchanges must be received by Seaside Serenity Creations LLC within 14 days of authorization of the return by Seaside Serenity Creations LLC.  

 

Any returns should be packed and returned to us in the same method in which it was shipped to you.  We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for missing and/or items damaged because contents were not properly packaged before returning to Seaside Serenity Creations LLC.  We also reserve the right to charge shipping costs if you received free shipping on your order and your order no longer qualifies for free shipping once a return is made. 

 

Once your return has been received, inspected, and accepted, the proper refund or exchange will be initiated.  Please allow 5 business days after your package has arrived at Seaside Serenity Creations LLC for a refund to show on your credit card.  Your return will be credited to your account in the same method in which it was paid to Seaside Serenity Creations LLC.  In the event of an exchange, you will be contacted by Seaside Serenity Creations LLC for payment for any difference owed on the new order.

 

Custom or special orders are not returnable/refundable.  All orders of sale merchandise are final.
